Remarks: I was approved for their Platinum Select Card 6 months ago. I called them and asked for a credit line increase of 500 to 800, and I was approved within 2 hours. I called the next day and said that I really wish I could get your Citi CashReturns Card. The Rep. said "do you want to convert your card?". I told her that my credit score was too low (598), and that I did not think that I would get approved for the conversion. She warned me that I would lose all of the "thank you points" if I convert to this card. I told her "Ok" go ahead give it a try, because I was almost 100% sure that they would deny my request. After a fews minutes of silence, I could not believe my ears as she said "Your conversion has been approved." THANK YOU CITI BANK, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
