Remarks: Citibank's A&T Universal Card was the second card to give me a card with no annual fee. My credit limit is $2,000. I have not had any problems with this card at all. It comes with a lot of features, it has a built in calling card, phone loss insurance. And it also comes with the thank you points.
Thank You points: I have had no problems with the site. It is easy to get to from the account website, and easy to use. They tell you all the points that you have saved up.
The card did take forever to get. I applied, and about 3 weeks later they wanted me to verify my address, so I did right away, and then it took an additional 3 weeks for the card to get to me in the mail.
The customer service is really nice, I called to get a card for my husband, and it was out in about 4 days.
